Program Description:
Federal funds nearing $2.3 million annually are provided to reduce and/or prevent poverty through community-based educational activities which lead to a greater degree of self-sufficiency. As the state's only Community Action Agency, RurAL CAP, is the sole eligible recipient of the CSBG.
