The Division of Economic Development, offers for sale limited entry permits listed below. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any and all offers and our decision is final. This sale is governed by 3 AAC 77.010-.900.

OFFERS: Written offers signed by the party making the offer may be submitted at any time and must contain the following information: buyers name, mailing address, telephone number, and the amount of the offer. Offers may be handwritten or a Limited Entry Permit Offer form has been provided for convenience. We reserve the right to request additional information to complete or supplement any offer.

OFFERS SUBMITTED TO: Mailed to: Division of Economic Development, PO Box 34159, Juneau, AK 99803-4159, Attention: Repossessed Property Officer. Delivered to: Division of Economic Development, 3032 Vintage Blvd., Suite 100, Juneau, AK 99801 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., local time. All offers will be reviewed.

STANDARD TERMS OF SALE: Minimum 20% down payment within 15 days of acceptance of the offer, with the balance due within 30 days on cash sales. Financing may be available for Alaska residents. If financing is requested, a completed loan application package with all necessary fees should be included with the offer, but must be received by us no later than 15 days after acceptance of the offer.

If an offer is not accepted, new offers may be submitted. Offers are not binding unless accepted by us in writing and are subject to approval of permit transfer by the Alaska Commercial Fisheries Entry Commission (CFEC). The buyer is responsible for current year CFEC Permit renewal fees and the $50.00 CFEC permit transfer fee.
