The Division of Corporations, Business, and Professional Licensing administers the program for use
of Drugs to Euthanize Domestic Animals.

and then mail the form with the required fee.

||Renewal forms for the July 1, 2013 – June 30, 2015 licensing period will be mailed and be available online approximately 30 days before the June 30, 2013 expiration date of your license. Please ensure that the division has your correct address on file.
Contact the division if you need to renew your license for the July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2013 license period.
Statutes and Regulations

called the Alaska Administrative Code) are rules adopted by
the board to implement, interpret, and make specific the statutes.
Both statutes and regulations have the force of law.

public comment on them. If you would like to receive notice
of proposed regulations, please write to the regulations specialist
and request that your name be added to the Euthanization of
Domestic Animals interested parties list. Please advise us
