Subcommittees convene for the purposes of discussing fiscal restraint, appropriate disciplinary sanctions, procedural and substantive regulations and administration of certification examinations: Guide Concession Program Workgroup 2023 The Guide Concession Program Workgroup met from January - October 2023, to discuss the feasibility and design of a potential state concession program for commercial guide-outfitters. The workgroup concluded its effort with publication of the Final Summary, including general recommendations for a future program. The workgroup held eight dedicated public listening sessions and received comment at most regular meetings.
