At current staffing levels, you can expect an update regarding the status of the initial application within 7-8 weeks. If you are then asked to provide additional documentation, it may take an additional 7-8 weeks to review. For urgent situations that would result in a facility shutdown if licensing is delayed, employers can submit an Expedited Review Form (PDF). Employers should check with the applicants they intend to hire to ensure all required documentation has been submitted correctly and timely.
