The Community Infrastructure Library (CIL) is changing and growing as a result of ongoing cooperation between DCRA, communities, and partner agencies. Please be advised DCRA is improving search features to make the website easier to use and deliver the best search results possible. Thank you for your patience.

The Community Infrastructure Library (CIL) is searchable by community, year, or infrastructure type.  Search results are available via PDF document download or email notification.
