The State of Alaska receives an Internal Waters Processing (IWP) Permit Applications, under 16 U.S.C. 1856(c) of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act. An IWP permit allows a foreign-registered, floating, processing facility to process approved species within a state's internal waters.
