Grants and Funding The Grants and Funding Section provides oversight and implementation of federal and state funded financial assistance programs and grants. This section monitors and ensures statutory and regulatory compliance of recipient entities; including municipalities, tribes, non-profit community associations, state agencies and other entities. Technical assistance is provided in the areas of recordkeeping, grant reporting, and other topics of grant management. Grants staff are located in DCRA offices in Anchorage, Fairbanks, and Juneau.
