Alcohol and Marijuana Control Office Applications Deemed Complete The marijuana license applications listed below have been deemed complete by AMCO and will be considered by the Marijuana Control Board at their next scheduled meeting. Under 3 AAC 306.065, interested persons wanting to object to an application must submit a written statement of reasons for the objection to the applicant, and to the Marijuana Control Board at 550 W 7th Ave, Suite 1600, Anchorage, AK 99501, or at Marijuana Licensing, by the deadline listed for each application. The list of complete applications are organized by the local government in which the facility is proposed/located. AMCO is no longer posting the application for the license.
