Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) Corporations organized under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) that have 500 or more shareholders AND over $1,000,000 in assets are required to file their annual reports, proxies and other materials with the division. Shareholders of these ANCSA corporations are required to file proxy solicitation materials as well. Materials may be filed with the division via email to ancsa@alaska.gov or uploaded to the Alaska ZendTo system. DCCED proposes changes to regulations dealing with the solicitation of proxies for Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) corporations, clarifying definitions, filing requirements, and repealing obsolete or reorganized provisions.
