Auto Pay Program We offer a payment option called Auto Pay. This service allows your payment to be made automatically and timely. Some advantages include: It is absolutely free It is convenient and secure You can avoid payments being lost or delayed in the mail You can avoid late fees Your payments are made on time if you are on a business trip or vacation There are three payment options to select from; a regular payment, a fixed amount or a regular payment plus a fixed amount for a principal reduction Let the Auto Pay Program work for you. Sign up by completing the Auto Pay Authorization Form. It typically takes 6 business days from the date we receive your application to process your automatic payments. We will notify you as soon as this is completed. Please be aware you will be responsible for late fees incurred if your auto payment is returned unpaid from your financial institution. Auto Pay Authorization Form Tel Pay Program Tel Pay is a payment option that allows you to make loan payments over the telephone. This program is designed to make the loan payment process quicker and easier to accomplish. Some advantages include: It is fast and secure A payment can be made from any location with a telephone It avoids the possibility of a payment being lost or delayed in the mail It makes it easier to avoid a late fee It is free and eliminates postage fees You continue to have the ability to make loan payments through the mail or in person if you prefer You can sign up by completing the Tel Pay Authorization Form and returning it to our office. It typically takes 3 business days from the date we receive your form to complete the process and activate your account to accept Tel Pay payments. We will notify you as soon as this has been completed.
