Alcohol & Marijuana Control Office

-AMCO will be closed Wednesday October 18th for Alaska Day.
Handler cards will be processed in person the following Wednesday October 25th.

-For AMCO's Advisory Notice regarding Distillery Licenses

-Due to high demand, AMCO has posted the audio file from the Sept 13th ABC meeting regarding distilleries. The distillery issue was discussed at two different times during the meeting, but the audio has been combined into one file for ease of listening/downloading.

-You may now search marijuana licenses by using the Marijuana License Search found in the Marijuana Control Board section below. This search function will provide you with license and licensee information.

Alcoholic Beverage Control Board

The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board is established as a regulatory and quasi-judicial agency for control of the manufacture, barter, possession, and sale of alcoholic beverages in the state. Alaska is a "license" state with issuance of licenses by the board to private business.

Marijuana Control Board

The Marijuana Control Board is established as a regulatory and quasi-judicial agency for the control of the cultivation, manufacture and sale of marijuana in the state. Marijuana licenses to businesses are expected to be issued beginning in mid-2016.
