How to Object to an Application Under 3 AAC 306.065, interested persons may submit an objection to an application, not later than 30 days after the application has been deemed completed and notice has been sent to the local government. Completed applications with their objection deadline can be viewed here. Interested persons wanting to object to an application must submit a written statement of reasons for the objection to the applicant, and to the Alcohol & Marijuana Control Office at 550 W 7th Ave, Suite 1600, Anchorage, AK 99501 or at Marijuana Licensing, before the 30-day period expires.
