Grants & Funding Programs Community Assistance Program Community Assistance Program, Statutes and Regulations Senate Bill 210 Community Assistance Program and Revenue Sharing Reports The FY21 CAP payments have been finalized, municipalities and communities that are due further funds will receive them beginning January 4, 2021. The full FY21 CAP payment will be dispersed to the remaining eligible municipalities and communities as they meet program requirements. FY 2022 applications will be sent out January 15, 2021. Deadline for submission is June 1st. New Community Assistance Program regulations were adopted effective December 22, 2017. Please click the link below to review the program statutes and regulations. CAP provides Alaska’s boroughs, cities, and unincorporated communities with funds vital to the delivery of basic public services.
