Board of Veterinary Examiners VTNE Examinations VTNE applicants must be approved through the division to sit for the exam. In addition to submitting an initial application for licensure through the division, an applicant must register for the exam through the AAVSB. Due to COVID-19, exam windows are subject to change. The deadline to apply through the division is 45 days before the date of the next examination. Fall/Winter 2023 Examination Window: November 15 - December 15, 2023The application window for the Fall/Winter exam is August 15-October 15, 2023. All application materials must be received by October 15, 2023. Spring 2024 Examination Window: March 15 - April 15, 2024The application window for the Spring exam is December 15 - February 15, 2024. All application materials must be received by February 15, 2024. Summer 2024 Examination Window: July 15 - August 15, 2024 The application window for the summer exam is April 15 - June 15, 2024.
